I had basic Ayurveda certification from Kerala Ayurveda in Foster City,CA

The basic Ayurveda teaching helps me to follow up on my own

I am assisting my sister and brother in law with chronic illness and disability

Slowly but surely we are doing something to assist.

Anemia is a problem for my sister….red blood count low because her husband is disabled and she is prime care taker….life style and age is causing many downs.

I just have a simple question..:erythrogenesis regulating blood volume in liver…may be a cause for anemia…this is contributing to other facotrs

    thank you for listening

People like you are light bearers and bring blessings to all

    lillie

    • It seems That Raktaposhak sar Bhag Is deficient in diet (nutritional deficiency related anemia), It can be corrected with Iron and Vitamins rich diet. eg. pomogranate- one fruit per day.
